c) assumed consultancy usage of 10 on-line questionnaires per quarter 

d) CneqtDNA coaching valued at £100 per hour

Excludes potential for generating additional consulting days with clients, which we estimate at 3 to 5 days per engagement and does not include any value generated by reassessments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the one-off joining fee and how long does it last for?

The Joining Fee is a one off payment to Cneqt DNA to purchase either Bronze, Silver or Gold value package.  There is no annual renewal fee.  There is a 2 week cooling off period and then no right of refund.

What does dual branding involve and what do I get?

You are able to add your company logo to the top right hand side of the assessment reports. You do this from the Cneqt DNA admin system under the bio section. Simply upload an image of your logo to the system.  In addition you can choose a core colour from your logo and this will be used as a header/footer colour scheme in the reports.

What coaching support do I get?

The aim of the coaching is to help you maximise the earnings you can generate from the Cneqt DNA diagnostic.


The level of coaching support depends on the value package you buy: Gold comes with 10 hours coaching support; Silver 4 hours; and Bronze 2 hours. Coaching support has to be taken up within one year of joining. There is no refund of any coaching hours that are unused.


It is your choice when to use this coaching allowance (within your first year). 


Coaching will be provided by a member of the Cneqt DNA team who will agree specific arrangements with you once you have purchased the package right for your needs.

What do I do if I have questions on the administration system, my reports or my dashboard?

We have worked hard to make the system as intuitive as possible but in the event you do have questions we are here to help.


You will have an aligned Account Manager to help get you started and we have email and telephone-based support available as well. Contact details are [email protected] or call us on 0808 189 4414.

What do I get from the Cneqt DNA Network?

Networking is the life blood of any consultancy and as a member of Cneqt DNA you have access to other consultants in our network to share ideas, exchange leads and make business introductions on a reciprocal basis (any introducer fees are to be paid by agreement between individual consultants).  


This can be particularly helpful where your end to end business review has identified a need for expertise that complements your own specialism.


Access to the network operates on a tiered basis -  Gold members have access to all levels of consultant, Silver have access to Silver and Bronze members and Bronze members have access to Bronze members only.

Can I upgrade my package?

You can upgrade your package at any time by contacting your Account Manager who will be very happy to talk you through the options available and explain how to go about it.

How do I upgrade my package from bronze to silver or gold, or silver to gold?

The full difference in Joining Fee will be payable and you will receive the full differential in benefits. Your anniversary date will be retained as your original joining date and we will manually allocate you extra credits.

How do I pay for the Joining Fee and credits?

When you register under the ‘Buy Now’ facility on our website you will be taken through a secure online payment routine to pay your Joining Fee and receive your initial credits.


Additional credits can also be bought online through the Cneqt DNA Administration system.


If you register your interest only via our Consultant Page on the Cneqt dna website then we will contact you to discuss your interest.

What does a credit entitle me to?

One credit buys one questionnaire per person and a range of assessment reports for the person and the team.

 

Reassessments can be done at any point in time on previous participants at a cost of 0.5 credits per person.
